Cooked up my first ever Pork Shoulder Joint. Laid down on a bed of cut apple and slow cooked overnight using my new special ingredients from Grillstock Fest, for throughout the process!!.. Took curly out for dinner last night. I smashed the piggy bank everywhere and we decided to finally try tapas at Bar 44. Here's a photo of her and two of our favourite dishes - the Rubia Gallega Onglet - (Hanger Steak from a special breed of cow) and below - slow cooked Octopus..
