I haven’t been on tumblr in many moons. I’ve now got almost a month off, and really have very little to do during that time, other than pack my house up and keep my spending low. I’m going to try to write a peice a day on here for shiz and gigs.

SITTING AT THE AIRPORT FOR AN HOUR AND I STARTED TO WRITE

'BOARDING PASSES AS BOOKMARKS' Here's to hoping I meet a cute girl on the plane./ That words I wrote lament like a sweet tooth diabetic, lame/ With the peril of disobedience of the MDs trained to observe and reflect / The wisdom of the Hippocratic days./ Put your best foot forward. A dry joke / Missed / The mouthful of air he choked/ But it rewrote his history lists/ As his brain now floated with future plans / For this lady he saw without context or hope/ transformed like soft heart of a well timed artichoke/ Green of goodness / Hearty like hope / Wooden like potential. I've seen her./ The waiting bay/ With her sister./ Or her best friend of the day./ Traveling back to her city of choice/ Dabbling in the city I walk. There is probably a man she loves/ Or at least at times she says/ She wished she did / Like the tooth fairy Wishes for kids/ Of her own, from her womb / To release her from nights of taking the molars of toddlers/ Of the tune of others stares of her barrenness oddly/ Became mentioned in a breath of the other parental fodder. Brunette with no care, / I think a lot about hair./ She would care no less about those around her/ And what they thought about her if the cats mother/ Began rhyming these basic words together/ To get her is unlikely/ Despite me drowning out other important tasks to write a maligned haiku. She literally skipped right past me./ My internal organs filled in the half steps she didn't complete./ Like the drop of a song you listen to on repeat./ You know how many seconds the coda repeats its pleading./ I scan the boarding pass and she disappears. My isle seat has no company. Other than my headset, my pen and my book. I'm told to stow them and prepare my flight mode. My brain has taken off at the start of this peiace. The intercom is slow.

Alot has happened in 2 years. I thought that I would be in a completely different place now, but on the flip side, I'm pretty happy where I am. 2014 will see me tour overseas. Just need to know where and when!
