Because imagine you've known this big guy for years and you're suddenly met with the horribly malnourished, traumatized, lanky version of that same guy

And what if starlight frost was supposed to look more like witchlight frost? Taller, more muscle mass, healthier. (Obviously we don't know ouaw frost's body type because of that big ass robe but he's definitely taller)
