Back to training with Coach @shreyaskarnad after a really stupid toe injury and time off for personal reasons. End of first month, totals for March 2021. Running is a brutal sport, in that you can’t get off the training wagon. You do and you loose your fitness levels perilously. Now, it’s basically starting from scratch and it’s ok.
