Quick, easy, and flourless — so great if you can’t find flour right now — Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies.
#Jax510Bakes #GlutenFreeBaking #GFbaking #FlourlessBrownies Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies Ingredients * 1 cup peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter) * 1/3 cup oat milk (or any milk) * 2 medium eggs * 1 tsp vanilla * 1/2 cup sugar * 1/4 cup cocoa powder * 1/4 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp baking soda * 1/4 tsp salt * 3/4 cup chocolate chips divided Instructions 1. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF, grease an 8 in. pan. 2. Melt peanut butter in a double boiler, or in a heat resistant bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stir peanut butter until melted. 3. Remove from stove top and add milk, eggs, and vanilla to the melted peanut butter and whisk until creamy and fully combined. 4. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the batter, and mix. 5. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the batter and mix together. 6. Pour the batter into the greased pan. 7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is somewhat firm, should bounce back slightly to the touch. 8. Remove from oven and spread the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top. When soft you can easily spread. 9. Let cool to serve.
