Today marks my most restless rest day. I kinda wish he sees these waterworks. That his arms are wrapped around me and comforts me. That he will make me feel better; and if that is not possible, he is going to make sure that I know there is nothing wrong with releasing my emotions. That it won’t convince him to distance himself from me. That he is not going to dump me after misunderstandings. That he is going to stay while we fix things. That he is not turned off by how high maintenance I am. That he admires me for having high standards and would rise to meet them. That he is not going to allow my insecurities to show. That he understands I need reassurance about his feelings for me. That he realize that the absence of good morning and I love you messages are not okay.

“So it went like this: We spent late night together and bid our good nights before the sun finally shows. We hugged as he whispered, ‘I like you.’ But before I could say a word and gather my thoughts, he starts walking to the car, slightly paused to turn around and take a glimpse of me, displaying a facial expression I couldn’t read, then he finally drove away.
The scene kept on replaying on my mind, as I write. And right now there’s a sadness cloud forming on top of me as if seeing a split second rendition about how I lost the one I love. You come into my life and show me you want me. I feel ridiculously wonderful. Next thing you pull yourself away and I stay. You go back and take a chance but decides to leave again in a minute. I couldn’t resist. I needed more and more pain. But I don’t want any more of that.
