"Half Russian, half Greek," she nodded, beginning to strip herself of her jacket. Though after rolling her sleeves up, Sat realized it was probably going to be a pretty hot job with how much steam she presumed the thing would give off. "Satyana means truth in Sanskrit - my Uncle fancied himself a Hindu and I suppose it rubbed off onto my Mother." Smiling, her jacket was knotted loosely around her waist, shrugging as climbed from the car to take a look at the radiator to notice the amount of steam given off in just a short amount of time. "I grew up around a family of men; I’ve never been much of your stereotypical woman but I guess that’s how I like it." She’d never been called fancy; it make her smile. Glancing over to Kane, she followed his line of sight to the car slowly driving by and frowned at the driver, wondering what the hell his issue was — did it have anything to do with her customer? Snapping back to reality, she returned her attention to Kane and shrugged, feeling no reason to oblige him with the truth. "Not that I know of — guy’s just came at me from nowhere. Must have thought I’d got something of value on me but when it came to, I was just a disappointment." Sat knew they’d heard here talking about getting out and she knew they were still keeping an eye on her. The less amount of truth she told about her thoughts, the safer she was around here. "Enough talk about me anyway," she begin, deciding it was time to do some prying of her own. "What’re you here for?"
Kane nodded as he listened to her story "Well i'm sorry that happened to you, you seem like a nice... girl." He wasn't sure what to call her for worry of offending her. When she finally asked what brought him here he shrugged, "Would you believe me if i told you that the U.S government wants me dead and i received a party invite to this lovely little hell hole from a stranger?" He purposely made that question seem grandiose and sarcastic despite how true it was. "In all honesty, construction pays good in a town where things seem to get destroyed often." He put his cigarette out in the curb and tucked the remains in his shirt pocket before turning his attention back to her. "So how long have you been into cars? And if you don't mind me asking, what's your favorite to work on? You got a project car somewhere?" He fired off those questions to quickly divert her attention from him and back to herself, that is how Kane worked, keep them talking until they tell you everything and they know nothing. The more he could find out about Satyana the better, she seemed like a good resource to him. Someone who could help him out if he ever needed it.
