6th week is done!
Hi guys,
my 6th week is done and I am happy. Never imagined that I would bring it this far. Of course, thought about quitting. About if this was a good decision to start freeletics.
Well, I don’t regret anything. And I am very curious about how I will look and feel another 6 weeks from now.
Last workout: 2/4 Venus (Standard)
50 Pushups - 20 Situps - 50 Squats
50 Pushups - 20 Situps - 50 Squats
PB: 13:25 and again NO🌟
Decided to do pushups and sit-ups in my off days. Maybe that will help getting better at this. Not really satisfied with my time and execution.
Knee is feeling a little bit better. Also decided to take 2 days off to rest my knee.
Saved workout and you know what it said next?

This sucks!
Two days ago I had my 3rd workout of week 6. Hyperion is the name and it has an exercise in it that I had never done before. It is called Pikes. You have to stand on your feet and hands, go down with your head and back up again. Sounds not that easy right? 😜

What really sucks is that in the middle of the workout my right knee started to hurt and made weird sounds. It really made me made. Not a good feeling about this.
No star here because I did the pikes the first time and couldn't get down properly. Hopefully my knee recovers and I can give 100% again.

Today I started my 6th week of freeletics personalized coach. It was raining so heavy, so I decided to do my weekend workout inside the house. My loved/hated place of blood, sweat and tears: In the attic 😜

You’re kidding me?! Aphrodite?! Again?!?!?!
Hey guys. Yesterday I started my 6th freeletics week and I changed it from Cardio & strength to strength only. I want to build some muscles. Think it’s going to be tough to get to this goal because I have to change a lot of my eating habits.
I was looking at the watch and was like: “It’s 10 pm. What the hell are you doing here? Why don’t you go downstairs and sit on the couch and relax? You had a long day, you’re tired. Why are you here?”
Some days I get to this point where I want to quit, but remember that I want to bring at least this 15 weeks to an end. Just to prove myself that I can do it like thousand of other people did it before me.

It felt like I was doing my first ever aphrodite. After the first round I was like: “I’m going to quit. Too tired. I’m going to quit.” Of course I didn’t.
After the 3rd round I had +1:30, gave myself an extra boost and finished it with -1:11 vs PB. So proud of myself that I did it again.

“Don’t jump in the house!”
Hey guys! Two days ago I finished my 5th week with freeletics with the Metis (Strength) workout. My wife was like: “You’re going to jump again?” I said: “Yeah, that’s a part of the workout for today.” She said: Don’t jump in the house. Do it outside!”
So at 9pm I did my workout in the garden. Definitely not comfortable with that.

No star here, because every second high jump my knees didn’t touch my shoulders. I know I can and will get better than that!

1st time outdoors with a friend
It feels different.
First I thought that I would feel cheap because the guy I trained with is a doing lifting and other stuff for years now. But he asked me about freeletics and so we met yesterday to do a quick training session.

It basically gives you the chance to change a workout which contains running/sprint into workouts for a 2x2m of space. So I had Aphrodite + 100m sprint. Changed it to Aphrodite + 25 Jumps.

This feeling when you’re doing the last sit-ups, sweat running down my face, heart pumping like crazy. Tapping the screen on my phone to end it. Kinda motivates me a bit.

2 days ago I had my first Workout including pushups after 3 weeks and honestly, in my 35 years of life I never managed to do proper pushups. So this was really tough for me.
