Wow I haven't posted art here in a while huh

Diana and Blink got their time in the limelight this year, being the subjects of one of my final projects! Plus a new ref because Artfight's coming up and it was a real two-birds situation because they NEEDED new refs.

Comic's not 100% where I want it to be, but that is because it had to be done in a very short time frame (other projects kicking my ass and all), so that's why the final page looks like That. But hey, it's fun seeing my goobs in a real comic format!

I haven't worked with C# in years but man once you get back into the groove you really get back into the groove. Shame I gotta uninstall Visual Studio like right after to keep it from hogging all the RAM

Continually irked by people's tendency to link autism to fandom, or otherwise imply that autism is defined by interest in specific media franchises

#feels isolating as an autistic person who doesn't really have a special interest or even just a *general* interest in fandom #feels like people never actually analyzed why the savant stereotype is harmful #or just can't recognize it at all when the quiet parts aren't said out loud

Idk y'all. I just think at the end of the day if you can't find the strength of conviction to say "saying racial slurs for fun is wrong no matter when it was said, and harm has to be addressed and properly mended" over an overt slur- the easiest possible scenario of testing one's antiracism- God knows where we're gonna find the strength of conviction to uproot white supremacy in every other relevant facet of our lives and system (which is all of it). Because it's gonna be a LOT harder than that and a lot more complex than that.

The sucky thing about liking A Few Good Men as a movie is that you can't bring it up without people immediately referencing The Scene and it's like yes, The Scene is extremely good and iconic. Can we talk about literally any other part of the movie
