i've always wondered what human speech would look like visually in the POV of eridians in the same way eridian speech is written as music notes in the book and my favorite version of it i've seen in fics is when words are written as phonetics in rocky's POV :-) oh and also that one post about rocky and grace figuring out random words they can say in the other's language

if your response to, “I wish there was more sex repulsed asexual representation,” is to point out not all aces are sex repulsed, maybe first stop and ask yourself why you are doing that. fully agree, just want to point out that the opposite of sex repulsed is sex favourable, not sex positive. sex positivity is a political movement, sex repulsion, neutrality and favourability are personal identities. ideally every ace no matter where they fall on the repulsed-favourable spectrum would be sex positive because it's a movement that supports the freedom to have or not have whatever amount and kind of sex that you want, with a focus of safe sex and consent.

Actually I'm not done. The current institution of marriage is actively harmful to disabled people as well. Though this article advocates for furthering marriage equality to solve this instead of abolishing it as I prefer, it brings up critical points about how the institution of marriage is discriminatory. Additionally, consider how amatonormativity makes marriage the easiest way to create financial and legal ties (like making someone the next of kin, which impacts medical decisions and estate planning), how not being able to marry makes this more complicated for disabled people, and how disabled people rely on these legal ties more than non disabled people.

These also aren't things people are aware of. I saw someone today arguing that marriage doesn't cost disabled people their benefits. These things are equally critical to consider as amatonormativity when trying to get rid of the institution of marriage.
