Cant believe I’m posting this but I feel its only fair to my followers.
Before (right) I was at my highest 192lb in the beginning of summer. I’m 5’4 and felt like a big blob.
During (left) was taken a couple of weeks ago. Idk my weight Bc I found myself obsessing over the numbers.
What really motivated me was my boyfriend (and he doesn’t even know it) when we first met I was around 160lb, unhappy, and unhealthy. You know what they say about ‘fat and happy’ its true. My anxiety calmed down and I started eating again. I put on the pounds Bc my boyfriend eats a lot. Unlike me though, his body can handle it.
So he started getting into really good shape. He might not realize it but he looks AMAZING. It was even more reason for me to kick my Butt into gear. These pictures are only two months, maybe less of progress. I do not ‘eat clean’ but I am trying to watch what I put into my body. No soda at all. Lots of water. Work out when I can.
Might I add I am a waitress. At work I’m on my feet the whole time and constantly moving. It helps I think. So far I feel great. I feel like myself again but I still have a long way to go. Change takes time.

My journey began Jan. 14, 2013 and I’m still goin’! There’s about a 90 lb difference between the first and second photo. Through a clean lifestyle, vegan diet, and exercising 7 days a week, I have achieved the highest level of fitness I’ve ever experienced - most of which I accomplished as a full time student. I believe I have gotten this far this time, versus the countless attempts prior, because I am scale-free and wasn’t focused on a number, but the quality of my mental state and livelihood!
