Beautiful Tribute: Man Places A Bag Of Apples At His Boss’s Friend’s Grave
Ready for something truly moving? With one stunning gesture, this thoughtful man truly went above and beyond: He laid down a fresh bag of apples at the grave of a friend of his boss. Share this with someone who will understand how powerful it is!

Yep, fuck it. Neoliberalism sucks. We don't need it.
(Posting an article from 'The Guardian' & and a paper from Academia.edu that I agree with 100% because it reflects what I already think & people that already agree with me/the-article/the-paper will 'like' & share, thus shattering the online echo-chamber) This is really worth reading. I've long said that 'Neoliberalism' is just as, if not more, delusional than Communism - in terms of actually working in real life & accounting for human nature. The GFC should've been the nail in the coffin, hopefully the Panama Papers will help. For those of us reaching our thirties, this mode of thought has dominated politics our entire lives - we know no different. It's been adopted by supposedly 'left' parties - most notably Tony's 'New Labour' & Clinton led Democrats, Helen & Kevin etc. aren't exempt either - they've kind of HAD to embrace them to appeal - so, effectively, we've never had an alternative. Surely though, we've reached a stage where Neoliberal faith in the 'trickle-down effect', treating 'the market' as some kind of unprejudiced force-of-nature, thinking that letting private companies run schools/jails/hospitals etc. will/would somehow make them better(!!!??? read: they became more expensive); are ideas that offend reality. The example used in the article is good: how would privatising rail make it better? Where's the 'competition' in the 'free market'? You - the all-powerful consumer/market-driver - can't pick the most efficient or cost-effective train provider for your needs ... *sigh* In an effort to keep this post shorter than the article it links to: THIS IS WHY SANDERS IS SO IMPORTANT:

“watching my father cry
as my uncle’s swallowed by the dark
that’s when i learned that i would die
that’s when i prayed to god that i’d go
suddenly, suddenly “
