I’ve been with the PCG as an Admin Officer and I really appreciate how this organization aims to unite and solidify the collaborative and unbiased network of the people in the coffee industry.

PCG is founded on a culture of inclusivity, respect, and trust. No matter how you identify in the industry—as a farmer, roaster, barista, coffee shop owner, or an all-around coffee enthusiast—you are welcome here! God doesn't want you to do or think bad. He goes ahead when He knows you'll be in great trouble and saves you.

Sometimes, what important is not you are like but what is you are not.

Funny how some can get hurt and feel comforted but then when they don't feel the comfort they expected, seemed like things didn't happen at all...

I just wanted him to understand things better than I did when I was a child and I wanted to let him know that I am here to always guide and remind him of the things that could help him and make him feel and think in the future that I am and always, and have always been there for him... As a nanay and his best friend

I wanted to talk things to him and with him in ways I could let him feel security, comfort, and no walls at all.

Love doesn't have to be compared... It doesn't matter who loves more or love less. It doesn't matter who loves conditionally or unconditionally. Both of you chose to love and accept love

Not everyone can find comfort in speaking.. not everyone can be at ease just because he/she has spoken things needed to be spoken.. not everyone has the courage or in the right mind every time he/she speaks..

We chose to hurt others by also hurting ourselves thinking it's ok if the people we hurt would think we're on the bad side for being indecisive or what..

We'd rather choose being indecisive and deal with our own feelings of come what mays..

You may think we didn't love you at all just because we let things happen and let everything slip away that easy.. but no.. we have to fight our own devils on our own and we can't even trust ourselves so we try to cover things up.

So it's ok if you can't understand us nor not try to understand us.. these things may be excuses but these are our feelings and thoughts. We're sorry if we're like this. But don't worry, we didn't blame you.. we don't.. That's the truth. We're just also overthinkers and tend to be negative.

You don't have to understand everything to feel good and assure things are fine; in reality, it's just you who is comfortable with everything if that happens.
