Unzip contents of t_hako.zip somewhere then put patch.xp3 from Hakoniwa_no_Eden_EngPatch_v1.1.zip into the extracted folder. Click on 箱庭のエデン体験版.exe and the game should start up. Look at readme file for FAQ.

It’s come to my attention that some people can’t play the game. This is most likely because you need to change your computer’s system locale to Japanese.
How to change system locale in Windows 7:
Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Change location -> Administrative -> Change system locale -> Japanese
Other options are to use AppLocale.
