Christine Andrew keeps it simple here, in a pair of distressed denim skinnies paired with a long sleeved white tee for a classic fall style. Throw on a pair of white canvas shoes to get this cool and casual aesthetic!
Outfit: Nordstrom.

True beauty. Man, #Aaliyah will always and forever be the smoothest R&B female artist out there. I Don't Wanna, If Your Girl Only Knew, One in a Million and Four Page Letter were my cuts! It's been 15 years since her passing and it's crazy to think how much of an impact she still has on us today.
She's really growing into her features! #babyraynie #19months

And you ask why this is my favorite season!
Feast mode: Lychee and curry? Yes, please!
Thai food is the hit. Packed with mounds of flavor, exotic spices and pure awesomeness, I’m not one to turn down some bomb curry! When my buddy invited me to lunch today, we thought it would be the perfect time to check out Taiga, the new Japanese and Thai spot on Sunset (between Pecos and McCleod). After my amazing vegan experience, y'all are gonna see me here on a daily!
Peep game - this curry deluxe meal had me swooning for real. Here’s why.
For $7.95, I was able to order a feast. Instead of beef panang curry, I had them swap it for tofu and no fish sauce/paste. Trust - this was the best curry I had in a minute! Not only was the tofu cooked perfectly (not too squishy or soggy), it soaked up all the flavor of my sweet and spicy curry. But here’s the best part: To my delight the dish had lychee rounds added to the mix. Amazing! I only experienced this in Asian-inspired smoothies (when I get bored of boba). It delivered just the right amount of sweet, all without taking over the entire experience.
I also liked how Taiga wasn’t shiesty with the rice; I hate when that happens! My meal included a cup of vegan Tom Yum with tofu bits and a zesty salad. I gave my California rolls to my lunch date since it wasn’t vegan. That’s OK - I ended up having leftovers, anyway!
Y'all got to try this place - plus, it’s cool they have both Thai and Japanese options. You’ll be seeing me here again and again. Works out since it’s not too far from work. I’m excited to try my next dish - the teriyaki tofu bento box!
Check out their menu here.
Throwback Tuesday. Miss this place!
