Did Rey’s scar disappear when Ben healed her on Exogol? Did she want it back? The question was posed by @mytbrisgrowing on X.
We don’t talk about Leia killing Jabba enough. Her grandmother and father were born into slavery. Her blood was that of the desert sand and the shackles of bondage. Leia was never more a Skywalker than the day she strangled her slave master with the very chains he used to bind her. The daughter of Anakin Skywalker was the one who killed Tatooine’s most notorious slaver, and I find that really beautiful.
I just NEED everyone to agree with me that Rey's parents are nobody. We should all agree about that. We should collectively, as an audience, say, "clearly the best idea was to have Kylo Ren be a dynastic heir to the major legends of the Force who wants to throw off his family's shadow, while his rival is nobody from nowhere who wants to belong--so we're going to stick with that."
And then, what should have happened is, Rey can finish her story by being able to say, "My parents might have abandoned me, but that doesn't mean I'm worthless." And eventually Kylo Ren can say, "My family might have been powerful, but I don't have to be," and all those other things that they can bounce off of each other as great foils.
It can keep being a good story about accepting past failures and choosing to grow beyond them.
Let's just all collectively ignore Rey Skypatine because of how silly that was. I mean. If they can just ignore the setups in the previous movie, we can ignore their choices in the conclusion. Right?? Right? Tell me I'm right

Tears are falling

Flowers bloom in
A garden of grief
Soul is empty
Shattered & alone

Thanks Adam’s new commercial. TROS ending fixed! Happy valentine’s day! Hope you like it!!
The ending they and we deserved.
NEW MANIP!!!
Who are they? What are they running from? What’s the prompt?
The base is from Poldark but I had to make his body bigger to go with Ben’s (hehe) and Rey is such a good match for Demelza. The heads are obviously from Vanity Fair’s promo pics from that cursed movie but at least they gave us Ben’s majestic hair so I guess it was a good thing.
Ben is headed to the colonies to collect the plantation he inherited from his recently deceased uncle. That suits him fine because it gets him away from his overbearing mother, her plans to see him married so she can have grandchildren, and every money hungry socialite who sees him as him valuable catch.
When Rey’s grandfather passed away, his solicitor informed her that she would have to be married in order to inherit his estate. Arrangements have already been made to see her wed to the neighboring estate owner, the Earl of Snoke.
Rey sells herself as an indentured servant for passage to the Americas. Surely whatever she finds, there must be better than what she is leaving behind.
Happy May the 4th! 💙❤
