Hello, I will soon visit Norway and was wondering where are the best places to admire polars lights? Can they be seen in cities like Oslo ?

Are you speaking about the aurora borealis lights? Those you have to travel further north for, like Tromso, Lofoten Islands. The season to view them is April to August
