So first my lower back started hurting out of nowhere yesterday. that was already shit. Now my foot hurts??? and It looks bruised?????

Why am I just randomly collecting new body pains all of a sudden?

Augh.

Went to a small concert in the park with my mom yesterday. Was already tired because insomnia and nightmares. Then sat in an uncomfortable chair for 3 hours, which is great when you have a fucked up shoulder that makes sitting like a normal person for several hours a rather painful ordeal.

Then today I slept til 1pm, only got up because the humidity and the heat in my bedroom got unbearable. Went downstairs, forced myself to eat some leftovers, then tried to start my day and get to work.

Lets just say I barely made it through my lazy-people workout routine (which i hate but I have to keep my shoulder and back in working order somehow or it gets worse) before I realized: yeah this day is a write off. Nearly keeled over from dizzyness and that nearly triggered a panic attack. Cuz why the hell not, we might as well do the full program, Satan said.

I am gonna try to at least get some low-stress drawing done. If that doesn't work I suppose I'll aim for relaxing and at least making dinner tonight.

I've mentioned this story on here before, but I still feel really bad about it. so in my writing class, this older woman was talking to me about a book she read. specifically about how disturbing she found a scene near the end, where a dragon/demon/thing has evil nasty sex with a lady. and I was like "that's disgusting, please tell me the title so that I can avoid it!"

and then a few classes later, someone asked me what I was reading. without thinking, I said "oh, it's [book title]" and FROM ACROSS THE ROOM the older woman twisted around to give me the surprised pikachu face. I felt so guilty.

Printed out the digital sketch, traced it with pencil and fixed what i could, scanned that again in the hope I could figure out the shading, gave up, printed this again, went over it with black pen so I can transfer it to my expensive paper more easily because fuck it, we ball, ima figure it out somehow as I shade this.

Currently taking a course on shading and trying to apply what I learned to my doodles

Anyway I still need a name for this guy. I'm not sure what to do with them yet, but i like how they look.
