honestly why did it take me 5 months after graduating art school to figure out a style i like working in and can actually produce a ton of work under??? jokes on me tho because i was drawing like this sophomore year but became convinced finished art couldn't be in graphite.

Jacket redesigns for one of my absolute favorite book series of all time, The Raven Cycle! Just doing these put me into a huge TRC mood and now I desperately want to reread them!

An art year in review, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

This year I did a lot of digital art in the beginning of the year, and almost exclusively sketchbook work the second half. I’ve really developed my traditional skills and I’m so happy with where I’m going. I can’t wait to tackle thesis part 2 this coming spring semester.
