Well done. Here come the test results: “You are a horrible person.” That’s what it says: a horrible person. We weren’t even testing for that.
Doesn't get old.
Steaker things
Stranger (bloomin' onion) rings
I think a topic that doesn’t get enough room in the discussion is
dealing with abuse when you are religious.
I remember it was a subject we addressed during my domestic violence advocate 40-hour training a couple years back - mainly the fact that these matters may be pushed under the rug if you have a religious background or upbringing, also that church support groups who have “traditional values” might try to keep married couples together even when their is DV involved in these relationships… and the dangers that these things mean for victims of DV.
However, that’s really the only time I remember hearing about it.
Before that, when I was 19, I remember talking to my family for the first time in detail about my abuser, and the things he had done. I remember saying: “I thought I was supposed to turn the other cheek and forgive.”
I wasn’t allowed to date in high school, so this was my very first relationship. Even though I was a bright young girl, having nothing else to compare to, I thought, “maybe this is just how relationships are…” Abuse does not discriminate. We all need to be educated on it, the earlier the better.
people are allowed to leave you. people are allowed to break up with you. people are allowed to love you but not want to be with you. people are allowed to not want to talk to you. people are allowed to put their happiness before yours and do what makes them happy even if it does not include you. people are allowed to move on from you. people are allowed to fall in love with someone else. people are allowed to not want you in their life. people are allowed to do whatever they want to better themselves and become the version of themselves they are trying so hard to love. don’t be bitter towards someone who is only trying to be happy.

Under the sheets
You don’t get to have me under the sheets until you have me during the day, during the morning and during my worst. Once you do that, you’ll have me at my best.
