The USians fundamental problem is out of 250 years of knowing organization and powerful building the only thing anyone can do is the mutual aid table or the kitchen protest for "rights"

any and all criticism of this is always met with excuses of it's the only thing we can do. which I would say we have 250 years of history to look at and we're re-living it in regards to immigration.

The problems of class struggle and imperialism are so overreaching that no one bandaid of these measures is or ever will be equipped to handle the sheer scope of this.

Can anyone honestly tell me what PSL does?

I feel like the party doesn't do anything. they protest, they tell people about the awful things happening and sometimes fundraise but what do they actually do?

I see these people all calling themselves communists but they don't seem to act like it. I don't think the anarchists critique of them make any sense either they're just ineffective.

Third worldism is such a strange thing to say.

Mao's idea of the 1st 2nd and 3rd world so an economic relationship with how the world is aligned. it is not a definition of a racial or social group. it is a function of the relationship of economic hegemony.

again these people that preach third worldism are the same that follow the idea that BRICS is anti Imperialist.

it's just completely in a strange reality.

I've never really understood the language of organizing in the so called 'west'.

Left, leftist, progressive, socialist, radical, revolutionary, maoist etc.

none of these titles tell the people what you stand for implicitly. it always needs to be explained or shown. it's a lack of class consciousness and thinking that masses aren't smart enough to understand anything.

If anything the average person has a much greater understanding of social issues than the current crop of so called activists in the US / West. It doesn't matter the class of the so called organizers.

Anarchism, by class nature is a petty-bourgeois socio-politcal trend. it took shape from the 1840s to 1860s, but its ideas have much earlier origins.

For all its diversity of its trends, and the differences in the views of its ideologists, of whom the most important were, Max Stirner (who mysteriously has only a drawing as a picture) Pierre Joseph Proudhon and Mikhail Bakunin, they all had some common features. It was above all denial of any state power and the claim to absolute freedom for the individual.

The anarchists' extreme individualism and subjectivism were a reflection of the petty-bourgeois protest against development of large scale capitalist production, which tended to ruin the petty bourgeoisie, against exploiting the essence of the state, which safeguarded the interests of big capital, and against the capitalist forms of the industrial revolution. (they don't actually challenge capital but small actors within capital that are not the bourgeoisie or monopolist, they reject the class warfare and instead focus on petty infighting that serves to states crackdown on proletariat action)

daily reminder, anarchism is a phenomenon of middle class bourgeoisie escapism. It offers not a solution or path forward but a temporary. it is not a criticism of those who practice but of the theory behind it. I nominally believe feeding your neighbors is good or protecting your community from ICE. eventually we need something more structured and more.
