Suicide

If you know anyone who has suicidal thoughts don’t just stand by and try to convince them to not commit suicide. You should actually do something to help them. Talk to them, spend time with them, or just check up on them every now and then to make sure that they’re doing well. Make sure they know that you care, that you love them, make sure that they know that you’re there for them. Just let them know that it’s not worth it.
