Some OCs from a past DnD campaign. The coloring got away from me a bit but I was just having a good time. Pose is from Kibbitzer's Patreon which is my favorite resource for pose ideas.

Did some art for a friend (@shiversthecat on bluesky) of their HK/Silksong OC, Scilla! I even made the effort to add the health bar and silk on there before I realized that all disappears when text pops up. Oops!

I just wanted to share some process pictures for the last picture because it took me a hot minute. It's been awhile since I've done much of anything in Blender so it was fun to stretch some of those muscles. (For those that are more familiar with my professional work: my focus is usually on the textures/shaders/graphics that go ON the models rather than modeling itself. :'D)

Coloring was the biggest struggle because I couldn't really figure out exactly what I wanted the final look to be. I think it turned out in the end. I always struggle with losing steam on longer pieces like this so I'm glad I stuck with it.

2025 Art in Review

I think my biggest success this year was letting myself be sloppier and more experimental. Previously, I might have felt bad about being inconsistant and having months with nothing but sketches, but this year I have tried to lean back into making art that is fun to create.

Next year I hope to keep that trend going. Thanks everyone as always for the likes and nice comments - the ones on my recent silksong art has made me smile a lot. <3

I can't remember the last time something compelled me to draw 5 pages of a comic. I owe my art life to silksong rn.

My actual headcanon is that Zaza adopts Sherma (not the other way around) and they form popemobile to deliver aid to the bugs of Pharloom.

I beat Silksong the other night (96% completion!) so I've been looking at ALL of the tasty fanart and 1. There's soooo much good stuff out there and 2. It made me want to practice drawing Hornet. This started out as just a practice piece based on a screenshot I took but escalated from there.

I was debating whether this one was worth sharing or not. I made it awhile ago but it ended up not becoming relevant. When I ran into the mask maker I felt like it was foreshadowing to something terrible happening to Hornet's face but apparently I forgot that these guys just exist in both games and don't mean anything ominous by their presence.
