Tama Uni Day 3! Meet Neliatchi!
I got the Tama Lab DLC yesterday, and we’ve been enjoying exploring it so far. We opened one of the Lab Files to find pictures of Tamagotchi Paradise characters and a special code for the Paradise inside. Mine doesn’t arrive until January, though. Meanwhile, I’m tempted to look online into what the code is. Anyway, I feel like there’s more to explore in the Tama Lab before we move on to the next DLC.
What’s your favorite feature of the Tamagotchi Uni? Right now, I think for me it’s the Tama Walk and crafting features. They motivate me to move around the home, doing chores, and give me ways to progress in my play when I’m out and about, doing errands. I also think the Tama Search is fun to try wherever I go. There really is so much to do with the Tamagotchi Uni!
Tama Uni Day 2:
It’s Labilatchi now! They love falafels. :)
Night night ~
My Tamagotchi Uni (purple) just arrived! 🎉 I’m enjoying it so far.
Currently getting the latest updates, and exploring all the available options and features. :)

Writing my novel on a typewriter is some of the most fun I have had since I was a little kid! I'm not sure if it's this specific story or if it's the joy I get writing on a typewriter. But either way it brought back my love of writing and for that I am so grateful.
I have a typewriter on the way, and I am really excited to try this!
I just need you to know that Tumblr on a regular bases makes me so happy and fulfilled to scroll threw.
Even the ads are largely invasive. Which is so nice compared to a lot of the nosie of the rest of the internet where I often feel that everything is moving to fast and there is so much dispaire.
But here there is hope. Hope for a brighter tomorrow. Hope for a better today. Hope that we can get threw this world.
And even if there isn't a place to put that there are ducks and frogs in little ponds and puppies and kittens in warm house curled up in soft beds and racoons in coats and all the animals doing silly things.
Ohh! I feel this!

I think the stuff that happens to your character after character creation through organic play is almost as a rule going to be more interesting than anything player-authored. This is in part me being a hater towards the "1st level character with their entire character development in the past" phenomenon as well as "player who is a bit too precious about letting anything character-changing happen to their character," especially within the context of the traditional challenge-based adventure game.
Back in the days of yore, I remember the release of a D&D adventure set in Eberron whose title escapes me at the moment. Early on in the adventure, something mysterious happens that gives all the player characters dragonmarks (enhancing those who already had one), and oh the wailing and gnashing of teeth from players who complained that they didn’t consent to that happening to their characters.
It is not always the GM who would be better off just writing a story.
Yeah, like if you have a clear idea of what you want your character's arc to be from level 1 to 20 then are you sure you want to risk sending that character into the "dice and death and random bad things happening" gauntlet?
happy 29th birthday, Tamagotchi!! 🎉
