Tips on Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 3rd Story Premium! <3

So many things to appreciate from Tokimeki Memorial 3rd Story Premium. Before I release the tips I’ve painstakingly gathered if you don’t know already, the english patch for the PSP has been released by the wonderful JJJewel Translators (which can be accessed here). A helpful site would be here and fashion tips here and the most helpful walkthrough (although its for nds, still works for psp) is here. Anyway, onto the tips.

1. So so important. I can’t believe I only discovered it now BUT in order to “approach” a character you MUST CLICK ANALOG BUTTON “UP”. I was so baffled as to why I couldn’t access the approach part of the date until I read this on the first helpful site link (which has several other links that…got me here XD). Saved me so much trouble.

2. Which is connected to the first one. Okay, if you’re a stupid stupid person like me, you would realize (well into the 2nd year) that in order to access the “touch/triangle” and the “square/tease” is yet again, THE ANALOG BUTTON UP. Whyyyy did i only know this now? At some point, if you only use the approach button once, the smile and gaze option isn’t effective anymore. And because I didn’t know this, I lost so many opportunities to make the heart a deeper color. By the god of ice cream, I want to strangle myself. 

EDIT: Learned this past week, like a dumbo, sigh. Okay, the beating heart on the left side of the screen, when the colored heart reaches the outlined heart, it allows you to get a “critical” action, thereby making whoever you’re trying to get, happier, aka, much higher chance of moving to a more affectionate smiley (aka >:D) You usually know you’ve done enough criticals when you get a different text message at the end of the date. Something along the lines of “extremely happy”. Basically spam your quicksave and quickload and try to get the most affection as possible.

3. This third tip is about the cheat codes. Yes, I have found a working one but truthfully, if you’re focused on a particular person (or 3P) you’re aiming for, you really don’t need it. Not the money cheat or the clothes cheat or the stats, or any of it. AND! The cheats do crash the emulators so, all the data, lost. 

And that’s it… Still working on how to activate the Angel or Sweet Devil part of Premium so…if anyone can help me out on that, please do~

EDIT: So tip number 4 will be to address the Angel and Sweet Devil mode.

4. When you use a certain affection move you could get white feathers or black feathers. The more black feathers you get, the closer you get to Sweet Devil mode and leveling it. Same with Angel, but with the white feathers. Yes, Angel mode is easier and you get more hearts for doing “Angel” actions (the game suggest beginners to try to get Angel mode). And there are special dialogues and cgs and advs you get if you’re in a specific mode for specific characters. I tend to lean toward Kouchi which you need Devil mode. Ruka, you would need to achieve Angel. (Dunno if its because I’m in Devil mode but sometimes Kouchi says the most adorable things ever. And you get to be “selfish” aka everyone goes along with your whims.)

5. In order to not lose your Devil or Angel mode, you must either go on dates and perform white or black feather actions OR dress in Devilish (Cute/Sexy) and Angelic fashion. These are only available once you reach the highest fashion level. Otherwise, you keep Devil and Angel modes by (Ultra) Sexy and (Ultra) Cute, respectively. You don’t want to lose the modes in case your trying to get specific cgs. 

Still haven’t really explored beyond Kouchi, Ruka, and Oosako-sensei (which i achieved by accident XD). Probably going to go for Niina next…we’ll see….

Hello! Sorry for any confusion regarding the merch design posts :'3 I saw some people asking about where they could get my powerpuff girls z merch, but I've only been selling merch at local conventions where I live. I don't currently have the means to do any international sales of the merch as I'm still enrolled in university (and I don't have a bank account or means to do transactions outside the country), although I would definitely like to try setting up a proper storefront once I graduate and will post an update whenever that happens!
