Thinking about The Bad Batch being on Saleucami during the war is really interesting when you remember that Crosshair was there too. He would have interacted with Shaeeah and Jek and possibly been called an uncle like Wrecker was, a title he would have likely rolled his eyes at but would secretly treasure. He would have been impressed by Suu's skill with a rifle and had meaningful conversations with Cut.

But the most interesting thought of all is this: When the Batch left, and even after his indoctrination into the Imperial way of thinking and how harshly he viewed traitors, Crosshair never reported the deserter he found farming on Saleucami.
