Hey, I'm in a similar boat to you where I'm in love with someone who's out of my league, has a girlfriend, and is a very close friend. I've literally never felt like this about anyone before and It's making me very anxious. Any advice? Also on a side note, any book recommendations? thx Jess

Hey there,Firstly, sorry to hear. All I can say is you have to weigh what you can handle. My first instinct is to tell you to be the friend for the ages, but that pains some people. For me, I had love for a little while and now we're family. I would've died for her then and I still would. If you can handle the possibility of always being their friend or waffling back to friends eventually do that. Be there. Be the thing they need even if they don't know they need you.It's late so I don't know if that made sense. That was a long time ago. Rory is a huge part of how I became what I am and I’ll always be around for her. The baby isn’t mine, but if she said she needed me she knows I’d be around. The dad would be pissed if she asked me to help raise it though, I’m sure.

You ever sit around waiting and wonder what it is you're waiting for and if it'll live up to your expectation? I have these thoughts just about sushi. My day isn't even half over and I want the sushi to be pizza and bagels and egg cream and hot dogs. It might be time to go back to New York for a while.
