My new OC, SUGR_R0CK! It was inspired by cutegore and the 2000s scene(?) art style! A bit of info:

SUGR_R0CK is the only name anyone's ever known him by, but she's also been called "Rocky" by some, and "Sick Fuck" by others. Xe uses any and all pronouns- you can't misgender this guy. He's also pan, and a total loser freak.
