Gage let out a small laugh and gave a shrug, “I don’t like to brag,” he licked his lips then continued. “But I guess you could say that.” he spoke with a sly smirk on his face. He nodded intently as he listened to her speak, “That’s awesome. I dabble in music and dance too,” he smiled, but then furrowed his eyebrows once she mentioned girls. He took a moment to think then widened his eyes once it clicked, “Wait, so you like— like girls?”

She shook her head as chuckles left her lips, "You're something else, you know that right?" She ran her fingers through her hair as she felt it fall out off  place due to her previous action. "Oh, really? You know you're totally going to have to show now you've mentioned it, if you don't mind." What type of music are you into?" she asked. She nodded sheepishly, "Yeah.. And guys, so it's like I have the best of both worlds."

"But I’m really not that interesting," he shrugged. "But yeah," he gave a confident nod and a smirk, "Girls are my favorite hobby. Y’know, talking to them and other things,” he said with a small chuckle. “Video games, playing sports, girls again, but what about you? What is something about you that I would never guess.”

She snorted, "That one of the dorkiest things I've ever heard." She said referring to the girls comment. "I'm guess it's safe to that you're experienced." she replied before letting quieter laugh. "Um.. I'm pretty into music and I dance. I also find girls.. amusing." She rose an eyebrow seeing if he'd get what she was saying.

He was more than familiar with how stubborn Ava could be – but this hadn’t been the most suitable setting for arguments; so Danny decided to drop the subject for the sake of their safety. If this worked in his favor, Ava would leave the situation unharmed and everything else would be left to deal with at another time.

“Alright. One, two- " The previously deafening silence exposed to sirens, gunshots and completely disregarded orders purged from the officer’s mouths, Daniel took the initiative to begin the shootout between the opposing groups.

The police hadn’t initially had their weapons discarded until they saw that him and Ava had guns of their own, so to see that two officers were already down in the bout of Danny’s trigger-happy episode wasn’t exactly surprising.

She winced as the light hit her face as she followed him out the door. And the sound was almost too much for her. But she took no time to copy Daniel’s actions and fired at the officers. Her aim was off the first time and she silently cursed as the bullet seemed to shoot past her target. But the second shoot clipped one of the officer's in the shoulder right by she pressed the trigger again hitting them in the chest. It wasn't something to be proud of, but she was glad that she could do it.
