Roll Call

After a very long radio silence, I’m pleased to say that the Actual Garbage is becoming active again.

But after a long period of silence, not all voices will return.

A Roll Call is being performed, and there are a few requirements to stay Actual Garbage (or to claim one or more moving forward).

A drawing of your garbage from within the last year

Membership in the SLP Discord (https://discordapp.com/StillLightProductions)

A note within said Discord of the Garbage you claimed and willingness to continue to have them in the Garbage

Willingness to have images of your garbage shared on a Google Drive with the rest of the Garbage (as references)

In the interest of fairness, Garbage that was previously claimed but has owners that do not participate will simply be redacted from the canon. No further harm will come to the physical pieces they are attached to, nor can they be claimed again. The owners of those pieces of garbage are completely allowed to use them as free OCs, with the understanding that they will not be accepted as Actual Garbage in canon.

This grace period will last until January 10th, 2020.

Terraria shenanigans with @techcat-mod and Mr. Hades. We decided to make our characters our characters for AGAU, and many silly things happened. Including me getting a spear and fending off demon eyes :D

What's Going On With (former) Gold Crush?

It seems like a beloved group has disbanded before they've hit a year together.

Gold Crush, first girl group to company MoonSims Entertainment, had officially announced that they would go separate ways and that was the end of it all. But now on the anniversary of the group's debut date it was announced that a new group would be debuting sometime this year.

Netisims found this to be quiet suspicious as the company had announced they weren't debuting anymore groups at the start of the year.

Could this be 24k G's beloved Gold Crush? A theory about the name, AgAu, being two chemicals from the periodic table has been going around since the release of the name and banner. Logically it seems more believable that this might be Gold Crush part 2.

The theory was Ag being the symbol to the chemical element Silver, and Au being the symbol to the element Gold.

Though seeing, former GC member, Blanca's instagram posts, netsims and fans feel like the original members may not be apart of this new group.

On May 3rd of 2019, she posted a photo of her with familiar faces Eom Renee (Promise), and Sunny (SOONA) with the caption "Trying something~" (deleted post) . Fans voiced slightly negative opinions over this however, but that didn't stop blanca who respectfully responded to a few comments herself calming down the irritation.

Incandescent-Creativity: “Launcher of a Thousand Ships” Award Get it? Because of the Pirate AU? ...I’ll show myself out now.

But in all seriousness, there is a legitimate reason why I chose this award for you. On one hand, I see how swiftly people fall in love with your characters. There’s something charming, endearing even, about each of them, albeit for different ways for every one of them. We want them to survive. We want them to thrive. We want them to win. Yes, I am personally a big ol’ fan of Beans, even if they’re not the baked kind. Yes, I think “Firepower” might be the best shipping name ever. Yes, I do ship myself with Dr. Agau and will remain forever thirsty for dat agua. But above all, I think people love your novel, your project, more than they love any of your characters together.

On the other hand, there’s this special quality I have noticed about your work, specifically when you asked people what they thought of you. I saw how many people your work inspired. I don’t think you’ve quite yet realized how your work has touched others so sincerely. I don’t know whether your work will ever reach the masses, reach the printing press, or even reach a publisher’s desk. Unlike Oeden, I am no prophet. But I do know one thing: you will have made it possible for others to produce their own masterpieces, regardless of how famous or anonymous your own becomes.

Thank you, my dear friend @incandescent-creativity, for acting as a catalyst for countless inspirational creations yet to be seen in our generation.
