re: the jim stream— is it true that this entire community was founded after nick said your body my choice? i have been a lurker for just a few months and mostly just watch nick and collect info on him so idk. also, what about that incident specifically pushed you(and others?) to make these blogs? this whole incident is making me consider joining the community a bit more tbh
i would say so, yes. it actually mainly started due to kuperoid’s 3-piece essay they wrote about nick, they reposted it when he was in the news again due to YBMC, and i stumbled upon it after searching nick’s name on tumblr to see what was on here, before this community, it was mainly nothing but typical mainstream leftists who hate him, but kuperoid’s post was different, they knew way more nick lore than anyone else, and then i saw llam’s, at the time, tiny blog as well who also knew more nick lore, it was literally just them two, but llam mainly, since they posted about nick stuff a little more frequently than kuperoid. that’s when i saw that and i was like, wait omg i have to make an account, this fandom is so new and fresh, maybe it could turn into something cool, it had a lot of potential. a tumblr nick fuentes fandom? where people could ship, and make fanfiction, etc.? stuff that you couldn’t normally do on twitter? that sounded perfect to me, because i didn’t want to participate with nick content via joining the groypers on twt no offense, but i’m mainly used to fandom culture, that’s why i was so happy to find that maybe there were people like me who are the same way! and so after a week of thinking about it, i decided to make my account at the beginning of december, december 4th to be exact. and me and llam have been posting ever since, gaining new members as time went on. then sera came in march and we’ve really been an unstoppable force ever since then. <3
