How to start achieving your dreams comes down to facing your fears about being judged by the people in your life and what you repeating say to yourself by your self-talk.
We must realize that most people have their own fears and issues, they are so wrapped up into their own lives that they aren't thinking about what you're doing.
If anyone does judge you or criticise you, it's a reflection of themselves not going for their dreams and that their own fears have got the better of them. They have shown their true colours and they have helped you to know that you need to keep them at arm's length.
Most likely your friends and family will be happy that you're trying something new and if it doesn't work out they will be the first to put a friendly arm around to you to see that you're ok.
Our self-talk can go on overdrive by making us fear the unknown by saying we’re not going to do well or instil feelings of the unknown. My opinion is that our self-talk is our own kind of safety net to prevent us from making rash decisions which could lead to us injuring ourselves. Unfortunately, our self-talk can’t discriminate the difference between a low threat to high threat and puts everything all together.
I've found the best way to overcome that voice is just to take action and that's the key to overcoming any kind of fear is to take some kind of action which might be making or doing something physical because the mind can only think of one thing at a time.
The goal setting method that never fails is using the ninety-day sprint
•This is a great way to help you stay focused by writing down the long-term goals you want to achieve over the course of the ninety days.
•Throughout the ninety days, you will have short-term goals which will be your milestones towards your long-term goals.
•The really important part of this system is that you have to create systems and habits to reach your goals, by doing this you know what you need to achieve every day, every week.
•This will help you stay focus on what needs to be done as you have a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved on any given day.
•By incorporating new habits and systems into your life you become more efficient and focused by following a set process. This makes life so much easier due to you not needing to put much thought or energy into what needs to be done because you’ve set up the routine you need to follow.
•After the ninety days you can take a week off and then repeat the whole process all over again, you would have previously set up some empowering habits already which have helped you raise your standards.
Habits are rituals that we perform automatically, allowing us to carry out essential activities without thinking about them. So our unconscious habits free up resources for our brains to carry out other more complex tasks like solving problems
We all have habits and we activate hundreds every day.
You can break a habit into three parts:-
1. The trigger/ personal/social interaction, environmental or situational.- something that reminds us to act in a certain.
2. The pattern - A behaviour or behaviours carried out in a certain sequence.
3. Reward - some kind of gratification you receive after following the previous parts immediately or later.

How to wake up early so that you're ahead of the game, is a great way to be super productive. In Tim Ferris’s book Tools Of Titans where he interviews world-class performers, one of the critical habits that they have common is to getting up early in the morning.
