It was a cold night, the rain was pouring, the streets seemed empty & the only noise that was really in the air that night was the sound of the wind blowing. You were in your living room snuggled up on your comfy sofa watching Casablanca it was one of your fav classical movies. You must admit your were an old soul at heart you enjoyed the simpler things in life. Plus you had just gone through a break up a couple months ago and you needed some time alone to heal for a while.
During this time you thought some food could make the movie better so you paused it & as you got up to make yourself some popcorn you hear a knock at your door. It startled you cause you wondered who would be driving around in this hour of the night in the middle of a storm. Your thoughts were soon interrupted by the knock getting louder causing you to snap back from all the question running through your head.
You slowly begin walking towards the door and twist the knob. As soon as you opened it your heart sank and it was like the whole world went blank. “Hey can we talk please y/n” your ex says his voice so low, you couldn’t help but feel a pit of sickness in your stomach you wondered how dare he come here when you’ve been trying to get over him it felt like months of ignoring his text,calls & avoiding him have went out the window. All you could say in a trembling tone was “Why are you here Jinyoung”? His response “I don’t wanna fight just talk”. All you wanted to do was slam the door in his face but you couldn’t something inside you wouldn’t let you, it was like your heart was controlling your mind. You were so sure that if he ever showed back up, if you ever saw his face again you weren’t gonna fall but truth was when it came to him you were weak. “Um I guess we could” you said as if you were unsure of anything. “So can I come in”? He said eyes all widen scratching his head nervously. ‘Yeah sorry’ you say snapping yourself out of all the things that were running through your head right now. Jinyoung reached out to grab your hand but you pulled back not wanting to feel his touch. Okay he says all embarrassed & hurt by your reaction just Listen he began to say “I know sorry won’t fix anything y/n but please give me another chance to show you how much I miss you & love you. I’ve spent so many sleepless nights just wishing you were beside me y/n wanting to feel your touch again wishing I could turn back the hands of time cause maybe you still be mine but I can’t all I can do is try & show you how much I need you" he said in a soft tone with tears streaming down his face. You wanted so desperately to pull him into your arms & kiss his soft pink lips but you knew if you did you make him think all he did was okay & it wasn’t.“I should get you some dry clothes you look cold” you say trying to avoid the awkwardness feeling you felt. He did look cold though he was shaking, his lips were quivering,his hair was wet & his clothes were soaked to his body reveling his toned and muscular frame, the body you once touched & marked. You were so zoned out reminiscing about all the naughty things you two used to do that you didn’t realize Jinyoung waving his hand in front of your face & talking to you. “Hello I said I’m fine” “oh okay”! you replied. “Y/N HOW CAN YOU SIT HERE AND ACT LIKE YOU COULD CARELESS ABOUT ALL I JUST SAID, I LITERALLY JUST POURED MY HEART OUT TO YOU AND YOU ACT AS IF YOU’RE EMOTIONLESS" he yells and you can tell he’s in raged just by how dark his eyes got. That’s when you laid it all out for him “WHAT HOW CAN I BE SO EMOTIONLESS? You began yelling “COMING FROM THE MAN WHO ACTED LIKE MY FEELINGS NEVER MATTERED, TEXTING BITCHES BEHIND MY BACK CAUSE YOU THOUGHT FLIRTING WAS HARMLESS, MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I WAS NOTHING. I POURED MY HEART OUT TO YOU PLENTY OF TIMES BUT DID YOU CARE NO CAUSE IT ALWAYS STAYED THE SAME”. you replied catching your breath and trying to avoid tears from falling out your eyes because you didn’t want to show him any weakness. After calming down you look up at Jinyoung and you seen he had the most pitiful look in his eyes it was like they turned to such a sad shade of grey along with the tears that started to fall, you thought he would walk away now that he witnessed you weren’t going to play games but no instead he grabbed you by your arms and pulled you into a tight hug. You wanted to push away from him but your arms wouldn’t let you instead you tightened your grip around him taking in the scent that was oh so familiar god how you missed it “I know you don’t wanna hear excuses or care for an apology but know I admit I took you for granted but after you left I realized It was you I wanted and needed. I didn’t know what I had till you were gone.” he said in a shaky tone tightening his grip on you and holding you so close to his chest like it would be the last time he see you, which you thought it would be “Jinyoung this is all so much too take-.” you were cut off by Jinyoung who moved his head down to whisper in your ear “Don’t let me go, please I’m tired of being alone please” the last plead was a faint whisper and you could hear the love and desperation in his voice. You also knew the feeling he was talking about cause you hated the many nights you’ve spent alone lost within your thoughts and memories that were too painful. “Jinyoung I’m tired of being alone too but I don’t wanna be so wea-” your words were cut off by Jinyoung who cuffed your face and crashed his lips to yours god how you missed his perfectly pink plump lips the kiss was so heated and you two were moving in such a rhythm that you could feel the passion, you loved the taste and you wanted too get drunk off him. “I missed you so much” you whisper into the kiss nibbling on his bottom lip and that’s when Jinyoung grabbed you by your thighs and hoisted you up so your legs were around his waist, he then pushed you to the wall never breaking the kiss. You ran your fingers through his jet black hair and started to grind your hips against his member teasingly which made him smile and caused you to chuckle. Jinyoung broke the kiss, stared deep into your eyes and began to say “So are you mine? I promise I will never hurt you like that again.” you thought for a moment conflicting with yourself on what to say, yeah what just happened showed your need for one another but the thought of being hurt all over again crept back into your mind and you didn’t wanna be sorry to your heart again making it get shattered a second time also, but on the other hand you felt the sincerity in his voice and the love he had for you. Finally you snapped back to earth after debating on what to say and proceeded to clear your throat and said “Yes I’m yours but your actions have to speak louder than the word’s you’ve spoken to me tonight and you can’t think I’m going to be easy on you, my trust is Something that has to be earned back.” “Deal, I Love you Y/N!” Jinyoung said placing a kiss to your forehead and letting you slide down him onto the floor. “So you should stay here tonight it’s terrible looking outside and I still have a few of your clothes stored in my closet also you can accompany me in finishing my movie!” you say with excitement in your voice “That sounds amazing!” Jinyoung said with the biggest smile on his face and disappeared into your now shared bedroom again to grab some pj’s. While you were waiting you made the popcorn that you were going to make hours ago before you were disturbed, after it was finish you walked over to the sofa and plopped on it eagerly awaiting for Jinyoung to finish up. As you sat there you thought to yourself how much you loved him and yeah he did what he did but you two are adults and if you can fix your relationship and try to work it out which was what you were willing to do cause deep down inside you knew he was the love of your life it wasn’t just enough knowing it you also felt it in your heart, plus you never felt that way with anyone and if you really turned him away tonight it would’ve killed you. Soon your thoughts were interrupted and you turned your sight to jinyoung who had his grey sweats and black t-shirt on. “Okay I’m ready love!” he said as he plopped next to the empty spot beside you, wrapping his one arm around you to snuggle you closer to his side which you happily obliged. “I really do Love you y/n” he said placing a peck on top your head “I Love you too” you reply back and a smile crept up on your face. After all was said and done you played the movie and you two sat there watching it until you both dose off and drifted into a deep sleep……………………….
