PLEASE stop obsessing over protein and protein proteinifying everything. protein is great, but it's not the ONLY thing you need.

you don't need protein water or protein popcorn or protein air or whatever the new hot thing is. you dont need to go carnivore and eat just beef and butter.

eat fiber. eat your veggies and fruits. you significantly lower your risk of colorectal cancer by consuming enough fiber. protein is important but please eat a damn vegetable with it.

eat some damn fiber today if you havent yet.
