Whenever someone prompts me to transport myself mentally to a place where I feel safe and calm, this is where I go. The building itself used to be a water tank. There is a circle cut out of the ceiling so that you can see the sky outside. When it’s raining, there is a cover over the circle. The lighting inside is always beautiful and subtly changes colors and shades over time. It is the most magical place. I try to go there during times in my life when I desperately need grounding.
