College Exploration

A college I would like to attend is UW Madison. An important factor in choosing your college is if it has your major you would like to do, and if it is in your budget. In the next years to prepare for college you need to get good grades and do extracurriculars. Something I learned about getting into college is that it is expensive.

I scored the highest in social, enterprising, and realistic. I wasn't really surprised with the social and realistic because I like helping people with hands on solutions. I was surprised with the enterprising because I am not really any of the characteristics for it. Some occupations that best fit my interests are Athletic trainers, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapist, and Licensed Practical Nurses.I have thought of Home Health Aides, an Physical Therapist because I like helping people and those just happen to fit my interests.The ones I never knew of before were the Crossing guards, Dietetic Technicians, Extension Agents, Respiratory Therapists, and Vocational Education Teachers

LASSI-HS Results

I was the most proficient in motivation. My advice for anybody struggling with motivation is think of the good outcomes that will occur if you pursue whatever you’re doing. Get motivated to study so you can do good on your test. When you do good on your test you can get a good grade. When get a good grade, it will give you more motivation to do good on your next test. In conclusion, to get motivated you just have to think of the good that will come out of whatever you’re doing.

First Tumblr Post

My thoughts about the last few weeks are that its actually pretty fun. I like how we do a lot of hands on things, instead of just listening to people talk all day. I wouldn’t say I dislike anything, the only thing I don’t care for is how early it is. I would say the coolest thing I learned so far is how to use premiere and edit videos. For our group film we are doing the creation story. We’re just simply retelling the story.
