Another job lost for me 😌 No, I wasn’t fired, this time lol I’m ponying myself up to get back on the job hunt. Jobs have been a major source of contention for me. I just feel like I’m back in HS, being pressured to give a fuck about things I don’t care about. Managers talking about morale when everybody tryna get their rent. That gaggle of bitches that are undervalued and underpaid, but want you to give af about the job as much as they do (that’s my black women on the job 9/10 too lol like girl if you don’t get out my face talking about my or anyone else’s work ethic on this penny-ante job, bitch you care too much). Inefficient tasks that you’re told to not improve upon. If the jobs too stuffy you’re code switching all day. I enjoy mucking up the work environment to keep PTSD at bay, then I’m in someone’s office. And I’m singing to the choir when i mention not being paid nearly enough to care about someone else’s vision. I don’t care about CEO’s, company mission statements, or you asking me what my plans are for this company because I have none. Outside you giving me that damn deposit. I feel like I’m more sensitive than most to the work atmosphere. And everything in my body is geared towards my own agendas almost in damming ways. I had this one coworker at an old job and told her I was a little envious because she really seemed to enjoy her job, and she said she really did. I’m driven by passion, and it is my souls purpose to explore those passions in this incarnation.I def don’t have it in me anymore to work a job I don’t give af about. I didn’t go to school to learn, they can’t teach me a damn thing I can’t acquire myself. And I’m not going to work to be miserable. F’s on my report cards are now write ups and warnings. Byeeee.
