For the last few weeks my head has been lost in thoughts about the Mafia AU that Darqx made! I kept thinking and trying to figure out who the children in the dark business could become and how their role would change!

My headcanons:
D inherited the position of the Mafia boss, the Don. His loyal friends became his full-fledged colleagues. Despite their actual roles as protector, bodyguard, accountant and "sweet baby", they acquired technical responsibilities.
Marcus, thanks to his sweet face and friendly behavior, serves the Mafia as a negotiator and "liaison" between business partners. Marcus's manners, conducive to peaceful negotiations, perfectly conceal his rich criminal experience. And by the age of 18, he is no longer a "sweet boy" protected by the Mafia, but a loyal friend and reliable comrade of the boss. This is what allowed him to become a mafia henchman. Although he is the youngest among this company, he was able to absorb knowledge and experience from completely different sides of the Mafia life (thanks to his friends).
Ren, having retained the ability to solve financial issues of the family, becomes Consigliere. He is quite educated and well-read in matters of management. In addition, D valued the intellect of his friend throughout his youth. He could well have become a new henchman, but Ren, although he lived most of the time in the Italian Family, officially remains part of the Chinese triad. By D's decision, Ren becomes the new consigliere.
Zeke, by the Don's decision, is no longer an official bodyguard. However, in addition to his main duties as a capo, he still plans the Don's safe travels and accompanies him on long-term trips.
Izm has also moved from the role of a "human shield" to the position of Caporegime. His duties no longer include physically protecting the Don from danger, but, like Zeke, he still ends up accompanying him. If Zeke is needed for a threatening appearance, then Izm, being a nimble little bastard, can quickly bypass safe routes in advance, providing a high-quality analysis of the situation.
They are not the last Capos in the family (usually there are more than 6 in one family), but they are the only Capos who report directly to the Don and have contact with him, bypassing the connection with the henchman.
It's been so long since I've drew something paeceful and light... the usual slice of life without drama, blood and pain... They're just ordinary teenage boys.
