the advice we all need. thank you @taylorswift. the reminder to allow ourselves to be human and learn from mistakes. to take hard time as lessons and look at what it teaches you. to forgive yourself when you mess up and to take it easy on yourself. to recognise that no matter how hard you try, you can’t perfect life, choices, or outcomes. to live freely and focus on what you can control and let go of what you can’t. ✨

- I’m very nervous about this post because this is not related to taylor, its about me. But i am sharing this with a purpose. Almost one and a half year i am suffering from a anorexic eating disorder. People think (i did too) that it is about losing weight and wanting to be thin, but its way more then that. I wasn’t happy with myself and was scared for the future and life. What started off as losing a bit of weight became my biggest nightmare. I am in therapy and have gained weight but not enough and its mentally the most exhausting thing ever. But Taylor is helping me cope with the pain. Her music gives me a break from the pain. She distracts me from it. From the bottom of my heart, thank u so so so much. For just helping me with this means more then u could imagine. @taylorswift @taylornation
