"THE PHILIPPINE FLAG"

We demonstrate and show nationalism by simply respecting and loving our country. Also, by understanding and realizing the importance of our history of struggles. Our history of struggles by foreign conquerers de-limit us to attain freedom and independence.

Today we have our Philippine Flag that represents our nationality, history and independence that no one can ever get. This flag symbolizes our resistant to the chain of colonialism and destructive power of invaders.

Here are the images(infographics) presenting the history and symbols of our Philippine Flag;

White Triangle - signifies the distinctive emblem of the famous society of "Katipunan" which by means of its blood compact inspired the masses to rise in revolution.

Three Stars - signifies the three principal Islands of Philippine Archipelago: Lizon, Mindanao and Panay.

8 Rays of the Sun - signifies the eight provinces that revolted against Spain during Spanish Revolution: Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga, Neuva Ecija, Bataan, Laguna, and Batangas.

With the awakening of our eyes, it is unthinkable that a trial will come which no one knows. A battle, that everyone is afraid of. All of us are afraid of not knowing where to stick.

With the entry of a year into our lives which is not just a normal month, it is not just a normal illness. But this year was a pain in the ass, almost everyone feels.

Every month goes by that everyone thinks the trial is over, that the Burning in the forests, The killing of animals, The spread of Viruses, The presence of strong Hurricanes, The Floods and the homeless and loved ones of life.

Everyone wants to finish this year; no one likes the pain it causes. That is where we are in the middle of November where only a few days and a month later it will end.

This year I have learned where:

1. Everyone locks on their house to be with the family and show to love them. That no matter what happens; only the family is always with us. Family which is most important.

2. Maintain health at all times.

3. This year we experienced not being able to breathe fresh air, which was blocked by Facemask and Face shield. Those every time we go out to our homes we always carry it, and wear it.

4. Everyone experienced being in control.

5. This year we have been taught to be content with what you have, and to understand what you do not have.

6. There were online classes where I used to read and watch only on TVs.

7. This year has taught us to endure some days without power.

8. Be independent

9. A lot of money does not matter, just enough.

10. And lastly let us learn to pray, to pray not only for ourselves but for all.

Here this year we were taught everything we thought was easy, we were taught in a trial we have never experienced. Maybe, this is the time to change, the time to change ourselves because this person has taught us, that not everything is easy, that not everything is available in a moment that not everything is permanent.

That we have experienced this, not to regret who is at fault, but to love each other more and show true heroism to this person who no one really knows when this fight will end. We just know in ourselves that we will fight and we will fight until now.

And just one of the most important lessons here is to stay in love with each other, have bayanihan, and strengthen our faith in the Lord. Because we have no other gratitude even though we have experienced hardship, let us be happy because we woke up, learned, and no matter how much was damaged, no matter how much we lost, we still have faith in him and strengthen it even more through prayer. A Prayer, not only to oneself but to all.

Unexpected Visits

I met her in High School Grade 9, I thought at first he was difficult to be friends with because I moved to section 1, where I did not know anyone but my foot took me there to continue and show that even if I do not know anyone I can.

A few days later we grouped together on a project, and that's when we started chatting, and became friends. At first he was happy because he was so smart, I couldn't say anything to him. He is the one I always have with me, eat and he always comes with me to do school works. She supported me in everything I wanted and so did I with her.

Time passed until we went to Senior High where we became vague, I was no longer her classmate because she studied in Zambales. And I'm happy because even though we rarely meet where we didn't meet during senior high school, there are no frequent chats and greetings.

And we have already completed Senior High.

One morning when I woke up we were in college, where I received a chat from her where she said that she was here again at TSU student and I was happy because I think there is time for me to be with her, she actually wants social studies but she was able to enroll late so she lost the slot, and she went to the Public Administration. It’s okay with me because if that's really God's way.

Even though she was here, I didn't seem to feel her, the day passed when I no longer received her chats, and I just let her be busy studying, that's how I thought. And now we’re 3rd year.

When I woke up one day Mama woke me up and said I had a visitor, I do not know who. I stood up and straightened up. When I saw her, the person I thought I had forgotten, the person I thought I no longer knew, and these were the days when she always visited me at unknown times and days.

She is the woman I have met who loves so much, never forgets, and can understand me and all. I found a woman with him who was all simple, smart, and full of negative thoughts and brainwashing. She is the friend who will do everything to make you happy, to be with you, and to make up for your shortcomings.

Dealing with the toxic people in your life

You wake up one morning and it dawns on you that you’re not holding your own in a problem relationship. In fact, you are getting trounced, pounced, and hurt. It doesn’t matter whether the person involved is a parent, sibling, co-worker, friend, spouse, or lover or whether they’re manipulative, bullying, combative, or a garden-variety narcissist trying to suck you into his or her orbit. What matters is that you don’t know what to do. You recognize that the connection isn’t healthy or good because it makes you feel lousy, but somehow, you’re stuck.

Recognize the traits that make you easy prey.

Manipulative people prey on our sensibilities, emotional sensitivity, and especially conscientiousness. They know they have a good chance of hooking you into a relationship because you are a kind, feeling, caring person, and, of course, because you want to help. They may cater to your goodness and kindness at first, often praising you for the wonderful person you are. But over time, praise of these qualities will be minimized because you are being used in the service of someone who really doesn’t care about you. They really just care about what you can do for them.

Trust your gut.

One reason insecurely attached people stay in hurtful relationships is a lack of trust in themselves or their judgment. If your default position is to always rationalize toxic behavior, this is the moment to stop and realize why you’re doing the excusing.

Don’t normalize abusive behavior.

This is especially important if you’ve been in a toxic relationship for a long time or you grew up around people who used words as weapons. You know yourself who proved true in the few years you have been together but his words are just like weapons as if there is no bullet but it hurts.

Guard those boundaries or plan an exit strategy.

When you know something is wrong and you feel like the person you are talking to is treating you differently, you are the one who knows what your limits and boundaries are with each other.

Anticipate push-back or retaliation.

It’s likely that the toxic person in your life has his or her own “investment” in the connection he likes controlling you, or she likes the lift her power over you gives her so once you start setting boundaries and confronting the individual, don’t expect him to go gently into the night. The chances are good that he or she will redouble efforts to keep the dynamic going by manipulating, gas lighting, or spreading rumors about you, to gain the upper hand.

Make yourself independently and happy

And the only good strategy we can do to avoid toxic people is to make ourselves independent and be happy instead of ruining our pleasure just because we associate with the wrong person who does not bring us well and there only when you are needed and when you are gone you are not known.

Praying or wishing??

 Have you ever experienced praying?

Praying without asking for anything?

Have you ever prayed?

Lord, give me an IPhone 12,

Lord gives me like that and that?

You know if you can do that every day

No longer praying for guidance,

But you are asking for something that the Lord is unlikely to give.

Sometimes we are able to get angry with

The Lord because he does not give us what we want in our prayers,

He does not give us what we ask for.

But you know, because I know powerful Lord,

But he is not the Genie we thought was a request coming soon.

And you know, if you want to get what you ask of him,

Work for it, because he can't give it right away

But his only message to us is to trust,

And learn to pray and not just wish.

The Lord also wants us to give the Trust and be faithful to him.

Friendship, is about sharing our lives with others

Spend a lot of writing to help convey our feelings

It is not always the long conversation that conveys the deepest feelings.

Others assert that they have best friends for different aspects of their personalities. When a friend calls to me from the road

I don’t stand still and look around

And slows his horse to a meaning walk,

And make a deep talk

Best friend is the person who gets you

I wanted to thank you

Couz’ You’re one of the main things that makes life worthwhile

The person to lean on, and make you smile

You cheer me up whenever I’m down

You’re always there for me

When I’m in need, then you are in town

Your kindness sets me free

Everything is better when you have a friend to share it with You are resilient, or you are extraordinary

A place built through years

Of squabbles and tears

Though sometimes we may fuss and fight

In the end everything will be all right

Family ties are like spider webs

At times it trembles

But when things get rough

It becomes tough

Family stays true all the way down the line

And I couldn’t live without these people of mine

A soft and gentle word for something strong

A foundation to stand upon when thing go wrong

Family the people you respect 

It can’t be perfect

But, these are the people you love the most

Your love and on your last

Each Chapter of our lives tells an individual story

Of lessons learned through both hardship an glory

Each page, each chapter is bond together

With the family name embossed forever

Depression and Pain :(

Have you ever experienced the point that you are tired? You are depressed and you just want to get rid of the undo you are dealing with? Just tired of not knowing why, you get enough sleep, you eat all day long, you get enough sleep but it is still not enough, have you ever experienced that? I really feel it, but you know why? I also do not know. But if you feel that way, we are the same, that you are not alone. 

Maybe I will overcome this by thinking that we do not need the Advice of others, that we need to think that we are not alone in the battle we entered, that in my feeling now not only I feel it, but also you, you students who are struggling, and tired for no apparent reason. 

Everyday and Every time i woke up I pray, and saw my favorite verse in 1 Corinthians verse 10 which says "No Temptation has overtaken you that is not common to Man". Where all the struggle I feel today is felt by others, just like you, yes you are too. Maybe in another way but you experienced it. But God's only message to us is that if I pass this stage, you will not be far away, you may not be able to overcome it. And let us just keep in mind that life is not happy without pain, without anger, without resentment in our hearts. 

And I believe that the pain and depression we are experiencing now God has made a way for us to be stronger and stronger, And I believe that the Lord is very faithful that he will not leave you in the battle which he knows he cannot handle, maybe he is there now by your side, you do not feel, you do not see, but he is there guiding me, you are us all that, it is said that we have the courage to fight, if now like me experience pain, and depression right now, maybe I can suggest that you choose to trust, choose to be able to and believe that you can, that you will not be swallowed up in your brain weak. Hopefully even if we can no longer, we will try to cope, so if I passed and I was able to how? 

SO WE, TO GET RID OF THE SADNESS WE EXPERIENCE, many believe in our ability, and there is the Lord, who guides us. And lastly let us let the sadness itself leave us, let us not let the sadness come to us to destroy us completely. So you, who are reading the this blog, tell yourself that YOU CAN!
