So...last month I pilled a plant out of a pot to water it and found this lady making a web behind it, inside the pot. To my untrained eye, it looked like an egg sack, especially based on the way she wouldn't get too far from it. I got curious and kept an eye on it, thinking that since I hadn't seen her in a while she was probably Charlotte-ing herself and I would never see her again but sooner or later I's see the younglings. Then last week, I saw her moving around at the bottom of the web, so I started putting baby crickets in the pot. Then yesterday, when she was eating her cricket, her abdomen looked (again, to the untrained eye) unusually large. Well, it looks to me like she's so comfy in her flower pot condo that she's spinning a second round. I guess she and I are now SpiderLesbianCo-parents.
