What Types of Food Should You Eat as a Bodybuilder
To maintain a strong and healthy body, you should be careful with the food you eat. It’s just like any other regular diet. Be careful with the sugar, carbs and other bad ingredients. The food you eat gives you the energy to work out or to do anything. If you eat the wrong food such as junk food and sweets, you don’t have the same energy as the energy you get when you’re eating healthy.
Never starve yourself if you’re trying to eat healthy. There are delicious healthy food that you can add to your diet. For example, there’s cinnamon oatmeal, delicious fruit bowls, and fresh fish filet with green beans. People can get make their own healthy food or buy healthy food that is already made from places that sells them such as Red Robin in fagaima in the back of the Aitulagi building.
Growing up, I never really had the money to buy healthy food. However, I did have the energy to plant goods such as taro, banana, breadfruit and other useful plants. These traditional Samoan fruits is what made my diet plate. All I had to do was eat these fruits, plant more, workout at the gym and then repeat. I guess it’s the reason why I don’t have extra weight because I barely ate any junk food and whatsoever. @english128-6thperiod
