I recently realized that quite a few ppl I knw struggle w/healthy eating habits and I have to admit that altho I've always been health conscious I may have slacked off a bit simply b/c I tell myself that I'm healthy but after a recent conversation w/my mom, I decided that I want to be a bit more transparent abt my journey to better health in hopes of helping other ppl along the way.
I'm petite so most ppl assume that I dont need to excercise but it's more than just abt weight. It's also abt gut health and feeling good. If ur gut isn't healthy; ur mind isn't healthy either. Ur gut affects all of ur other functions starting w/the brain. Ever heard of brain fog? That's the result of an unhealthy gut which can also be caused by high stress levels. I've had this problem. That's why I excercise every morning then have a Hot cup of water w/Lemon (I'll give u a tip on lemons in a later post), Ginger, Cayenne, and Coconut oil. May sound crazy or perhaps nasty. But it helps to flush out toxins, burns fat, relieves belly bloat, and helps lubricate the colon so u can go. Lol!
So, wanna try it? Here's the ingredients again:
1 cup of Hot Water
1 Lemon slice
Pinch of Ground Ginger
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp of Organic Coconut oil
