I probably won't get around to adding people until tomorrow.
It's May 10th - That means it's Whacking Day.
State Initiatives That Failed But Should Have Passed
Alabama voted against removing references to segregation from its constitution.
Arkansas voted against medical marijuana
California voted against a ban on corporate/union campaign contributions, repealing the death penalty and labeling genetically-modified foods.
Massachusetts voted against doctor-assisted suicide.
Michigan voted against collective bargaining rights for workers and health care providers and against a mandate that would have required a quarter of the state's energy come from renewable resources by 2025.
North Dakota voted against making intentional animal cruelty a felony.
Oregon voted against recreational marijuana and creating new casinos.
Final Senate Predictions
Arizona - Republican Jeff Flake by a small margin
California - Democrat Dianne Feinstein by a landslide
Connecticut - Democrat Chris Murphy by a comfortable margin
Delaware - Democrat Tom Carper by a landslide
Florida - Democrat Bill Nelson by a comfortable margin
Hawaii - Democrat Mazie Hirono by a comfortable margin
Indiana - Democrat Joe Donnelly by a small margin
Maine - Independent Angus King by a landslide and he will caucus with the Democrats
Maryland - Democrat Ben Cardin by a landslide
Massachusetts - Democrat Elizabeth Warren by a small margin
Michigan - Democrat Debbie Stabenow by a landslide
Minnesota - Democrat Amy Klobuchar by a landslide
Mississippi - Republican Roger Wicker by a landslide
Missouri - Democrat Claire McCaskill by a small margin (if not then I vote to banish Missouri from the Union because it elected Todd Akin)
Montana - Democrat Jon Tester by an extremely small margin
Nebraska - Republican Deb Fischer in a landslide
Nevada - Republic Dean Heller by a small margin (although supposedly Shelley Berkley is going to surge any day now)
New Jersey - Democrat Bob Menendez by a comfortable margin
New Mexico - Democrat Martin Heinrich by a comfortable margin
New York - Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand by a landslide
North Dakota - Republican Rick Berg by an extremely small margin (Although I'm not ruling out a surprise win by Heidi Heitkamp)
Ohio - Democrat Sherrod Brown by a comfortable margin
Pennsylvania - Democrat Bob Casey by a comfortable margin
Rhode Island - Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse by a landslide
Tennessee - Republican Bob Corker by a landslide
Texas - Republican Ted Cruz by a landslide
Utah - Republican Orrin Hatch by a landslide
Vermont - Independent Bernie Sanders by a landslide and he will caucus will the Democrats
Virginia - Democrat Tim Kaine by a small margin
Washington - Democrat Maria Cantwell by a landslide
West Virginia - Democrat Joe Manchin by a landslide
Wisconsin - Democrat Tammy Baldwin by a small margin
Wyoming - Republican John Barrasso by a landslide
For those who are keeping track that means two seats currently held by Democrats will switch to Republicans and three seats currently held by Republicans will switch to Democrats making the new Senate breakdown. 54 Ds to 46 Rs.
My presidential election predictions

Hawaii -4 Michigan - 16 New York - 29
Ohio - 18 Oregon - 7 Pennsylvania - 20
Rhode Island - 4 Vermont - 3 Virginia - 13
Washington - 12 Wisconsin - 10 TOTAL: 303 Electoral Votes
States voting for Mitt Romney
