Our Port Barrel Rye coffee takes an extra step before roasting: Removing all the Port! Or the port silt, to be exact. It’s a position we have available...but you’ll only be paid in Port Whiskey smelling hands. So you’ll have that going for you, which is nice. Last week we added a second barrel to the roast room, a French oak Port barrel, from @wollersheimwine, that then held a rye whiskey, from @wollersheimdistillery .
