Hiya! So this is a survey for anyone familiar with Instrumental performance of any kind! My name is Sarah Hubauer and I am 20 years old. Currently I am studying General Performance at a duel College and Non-Profit Organization called The Young Americans College of Performing Arts, and I am conducting an independent study on General Instrumentalism and Performance. One way that this school is unique in that it sends its students out on outreach tours across the globe to work with Childrenand teach them about Music and Performing. It includes Acting, Dance, and Singing as its three main performing emphasises. However we do utilize instrumentalists in this group in a unique way. One of which you see occasionally on TV in movies, but you do not read about in books, or even have the option of going to school for. For now, lets call this Show Instrumentalism. This survey is entirely optional questions including any personal information you may or may not want to share with me. It explains it in more detail in the survey and provides a couple examples. Thanks so so much and please share!

A six hour choir rehearsal caused me to curl up on the floor exhausted and in pain, so everybody bought me a spoon from the kitchen to cheer me up, seriously, I have the best friends I could ask for and would not give up my choir for the world 💖
Hey I’m interested in being part of the stage crew for show choir but I’m nervous. What do you do? Do you come to practices? Can anyone help :(
