For 4 long months I've been busting my ass at @anytimefitnesscasselberryfl . During this time I've pushed myself harder than I've ever have at any gym , achieved goals and surpassed them . I've made good friends, learned and got inspired. This gym and the people that work their have done an absolute great job keeping you at your toes. I love my gym. With that being said I'm ending my 4 months with more ambition than ever. Down to 226 from 250. From 95lbs to 225 bench press. From 30lb dumbbell press to 85lbs ! And other goals i can't think of at the moment . I have eight months to lose the rest of this gut and get somewhat of a six pack . Need to get more serious about this diet! You only have one body ! Make it count!

Yesterday I did my first class of insanity. Did half of the session and couldn't help but feel extremely disappointment in myself the rest of the night but at least I know I tried . I look forward to trying it every week. It sure as hell is an addicting. Persistence is key. Also maybe combining leg day with it wasn't wise but oh well lol

A good 50% of my diet. Chicken and shakes .. Sometimes I can't meal prep so I have to work with what I got. That real life milk is awesome if you're lactose. No problems. Plus packed with protein .
