I have officially completed the weight loss ⛰️ mountain! I am weighing in at 311.8, which is the lowest weight I have been since 2016. It’s honestly hard to believe… I thought I’d have my own episode on #my600lblife on @tlc before I’d ever be under 300lbs… but I’m only 12lbs away! My new favourite breakfast & lunch combination.
For those of us who like big breakfast and small lunch.
Breakfast
490 cal
Soy mango yoghurt
Chocolate & almond granola
Blueberries
Protein peanut butter
Lunch
340 cal
Raw spinach
Eggs (2)
Onion
Poppy seeds
Sun-dried tomatoes
some routine you can follow to lose weight
Wake up early in the morning at 5:00-6:00 AM.
Drink 1-2 glasses of lukewarm lemon water daily in the morning.
Breakfast is important, do not skip it, instead have a balanced diet.
Cook at home and watch portion sizes.
Eat protein rich food in diet.
Do exercise on a regular basis.
Avoid having a heavy dinner instead drink a glass of milk or take a very small portion.
avoid taking snacks in between meals, remember an empty stomach doesn’t mean you are hungry. You only need to eat when you feel your energy going down.
And lastly, stay consistent. Consistency is the key to achieve any goal in life.
