Why you are FAILING at manifesting your SP
I’m making this post because I’m done repeating myself every time someone asks why their SP isn’t showing up. Here’s the blunt truth: you are the problem. You’re stuck obsessing over the 3D, feeding into insecurities, giving energy to third parties, and making every irrelevant excuse under the sun. You’ve abandoned the one thing that actually matters: your assumptions. Stop whining about how your SP isn’t conforming, because the truth is, you’re not doing the work. You’re too busy doubting yourself, reacting to the past, and letting the 3D control you. If you want results, stop being weak, get your act together, and take responsibility. It’s not them, it’s you.
Obsessing Over the 3D
It’s honestly pathetic that you’re still letting the 3D control you. You’re letting the way your SP behaves or how they act on social media dictate your reality. You cry about how they’re acting cold or distant, or how they don’t seem to care. Guess what? That’s exactly what you’re creating because you’re too focused on it. The 3D world is nothing more than a reflection of your past assumptions. It doesn’t have any real power unless you choose to keep it alive by constantly reacting to it. You’re stuck in a loop where you keep feeding your old stories and then wonder why nothing changes. Your job is not to react to the 3D, it’s to persist in the reality you want to create. If you keep complaining about what your SP is doing now, you’ll stay stuck in that cycle forever. It’s not magic or the universe messing with you, it’s just your assumptions manifesting in your face. The solution? Stop looking at the 3D. Ignore it. Your power lies in focusing on the new story, the one you want to experience. If you keep obsessing over your SP’s coldness or whatever negative behavior you’re witnessing, you’re just prolonging it. Cut the habit and focus on what you want, not what you’re seeing. It’s simple: persist in your new reality, and the 3D will eventually conform to it.
Focusing on Third Parties
Why do you keep letting third parties be an issue in your manifesting? Third parties only exist because you keep assuming they do. If you’re obsessing over your SP’s ex, or some random girl at work, or anyone you think is a “competition,” you are giving them power. You’re the one making them relevant by constantly thinking about them and letting them take space in your mind. And guess what happens when you do that? You lose. You lose because you keep reinforcing that story. Every time you bring up the third party, every time you assume they’re a problem, you’re just giving more power to the version of your SP that’s still entertaining these people. You are not in competition with anyone. Your SP’s heart, attention, and affection are for you, and if you truly believe that, the third party will disappear. It’s honestly simple: if you stop focusing on the third party, they’ll lose all their power. If you persist in the assumption that you are the only one that matters, the third party will no longer be an issue. They only exist because you let them. Stop feeding this story. The third party has no hold on you unless you let them. It’s that simple.
Believing You’re Not Their Type
This whole “I’m not their type” nonsense is just pure insecurity. You’re literally creating this narrative about how your SP isn’t into you because of how you look or how you think you’re not good enough. Guess what? The only reason they’re reflecting that back to you is because you’ve already assumed it. If you think you’re not good enough, that you’re not their type, guess what everyone else is going to think too? You’re reflecting your own beliefs about yourself onto others. If you believe you’re not their type, they will show you that you’re not. That’s how manifestation works. You need to start affirming the opposite. Tell yourself that you are exactly their type, that they are obsessed with your beauty, that they can’t stop thinking about you. If you see yourself as unattractive or “not their type,” they will reflect that back to you. If you want them to see you as their type, start seeing yourself as that first. You can’t expect them to mirror something you don’t even believe about yourself. Change your assumptions, and everything will shift. Stop whining and do the work: affirm your worth and persistence will make it real.
Relying on Tarot Readings
Stop giving your power away to tarot cards or psychics. Why do you keep consulting these outside sources about your SP? Do you not realize that you are literally handing your power to someone else when you do that? Tarot readings are nothing more than a reflection of your own assumptions. If you’re using tarot to tell you how your SP feels or what’s going to happen, you’re already lost. You’re looking for answers outside yourself, which is the exact opposite of manifesting your reality. The truth is, the only thing that controls your reality is your own mind. Why on earth would you let a tarot reading or some psychic dictate your life? If they say something you don’t like, guess what? You’ve just agreed to that version of reality, and now it’s likely to show up. Stop giving your power away to anything outside of yourself. The only opinion that matters is yours. You decide what happens. So stop asking for permission from tarot cards. Your assumptions create your reality, not a deck of cards. Get a grip on your mind, because that’s all you need to make the changes you want.
Crying Over Feeling Sad or Insecure
Your emotional state isn’t the problem, your lack of control over it is. You sit around feeling sorry for yourself, thinking you’re too sad or insecure to manifest your SP, but that’s just an excuse. If you want to sit in self-pity, go ahead, but it won’t change a damn thing. Feelings don’t manifest, your assumptions do. Your emotions are just temporary states, but you’re treating them like they’re a permanent block to your manifestation. You can’t let sadness or insecurity dictate your reality. When you feel sad, affirm your way through it. When you feel insecure, affirm your worth. Your emotions don’t control anything unless you allow them to. You are giving them power, and that’s why you’re getting stuck. No one cares about how sad or insecure you are, and it’s not a valid reason to stop affirming. Just because you feel down doesn’t mean you should stop affirming that you’re the most attractive person in your SP’s life. Push through the emotions and keep going. Your feelings are just fleeting; your assumptions are what create your reality.
Reacting to the 3D
Who the hell cares what the 3D shows you? It’s just the result of your old thoughts, and it’s not your current reality unless you keep reinforcing it. You can’t sit around waiting for the 3D to change before you decide to feel good about your manifestation. You’re seeing things that reflect your past assumptions, not your current ones. If you’re reacting to the 3D, you’re just choosing to stay in the old version of your reality. The 3D is just like a snapshot of the past, it doesn’t matter. Stop reacting to the 3D. When you keep reacting to it, you’re feeding into the past and keeping that version alive. Focus on your new assumptions and persist in them. Don’t let the 3D discourage you. Stay loyal to your desired reality, and eventually, the 3D will reflect your new assumptions. If you’re stuck on the 3D, you’re saying to your subconscious , “I want more of this reality.” Cut that out. Stick to your affirmations, no matter how the 3D shows up.
Affirmations Not “Working”
Stop being lazy. Affirmations work, but only if you actually stick with them. You can’t just say an affirmation a few times and then expect your reality to change. It doesn’t work like that. If you’re affirming something and still thinking the opposite, you’re literally contradicting yourself and wasting time. Affirmations aren’t magic, they’re tools to reprogram your mind. If you’re half-assing it and still wallowing in doubt and negativity, no wonder it’s not working. You need to affirm like it’s already true. Don’t just say something because it sounds good, live in the end. Keep affirming with full belief, and keep doing it consistently. The only reason affirmations aren’t working is because you’re not sticking to them. Get your act together, be consistent, and don’t expect results overnight. You have to do the work.

The only reason your SP isn’t conforming is because you won’t stop sabotaging yourself. You’re reacting to the 3D, feeding old stories, obsessing over third parties, doubting yourself, and giving up too easily. Manifestation is simple: affirm and persist. That’s it. No excuses, no whining, no blaming the 3D. Decide what you want, assume it’s already yours, and stay loyal to that assumption until it shows up. If you can’t do that, then stop complaining, because the problem isn’t them, it’s you.
