As a personal project I thought of turning the major arcana into some sort of male pinups, I combined the idea of inner strength and Greek myth of Heracles and the lion of Nemea, but instead of ending the lions life they get to workout their differences.

This was my final exam from my illustration class. The story follows three sisters being hunted by the ghost of their father after stealing his golden coins to pay all the debts he left behind.

The character design was strongly inspired by my own aunties.
